Thank you for your cooperation. If you have any questions about this, contact the Village 2 office. Happy New Year! We wish everyone well and hope you are keeping safe and healthy during these winter days! It is very important that we review important safety regulations and Association policies with all community residents at this time of year, as we often experience problems with residents' failure to follow procedure during these months. Please CLICK HERE to read all of the information about these topics:
Please be advised that residents may not install any items or plantings (trees, bushes, flowers) outside the courtyard of your unit without submitting a written request and obtaining Association approval - and no items may be installed or placed on the common grounds.
Additionally, although we all love animals, please be reminded of the Association's regulation which strictly prohibits the feeding of any wildlife, with the exception of one (1) bird feeder per unit. Please do not leave any type of feed or food (including scraps) outside your unit at any time. Please know that leaving food outside is also a violation of New Hope Borough's ordinance. Failure to comply with this regulation will result in the assessment of a $100 fine per day to the unit account. Thank you for your compliance! |
